Rouseabout Records has just released Eric Bogle’s latest album The Source of Light, fifteen new songs ranging from the humorous to the epic.
The masterful songwriter/singer is joined by Emma Luker, Pete Tichener (who also produced), Damien Steele Scott, Jon Jones, Richard Coates, Peter Franche, Gina Jeffereys, Rod McCormack, Mike Hayes, Chris While, Julie Matthews, The Sherrahs, Anthony Stewart, Anthony O’Neil and the ‘Bogle Pub Choir’.
Rouseabout Records can be ordered at local record stores as a CD (RR123) and all the usual digital platforms. This year celebrates the 50th anniversary of Eric’s two most widely acknowledged songs – “And the Band Played Waltzing Matilda” and “No Man’s Land”. Eric and his ‘mob’ will do occasional touring throughout the year.
