Festival of Small Halls – Autumn

As well as its Summer Tour, Woodfordia Inc will also be presenting Festival of Small Halls Autumn Tour 2022, stretching from 11 March at the Port Fairy Folk Festival to 17 April at the National Folk Festival.

This event will feature Jack Carty and Australian Folk Music Award winner Charm of Finches.

The twenty sixth edition of Festival of Small Halls will include twenty-one regional stops, predominantly in Victoria with closing shows in NSW and the ACT.

Australian Folk Music Award winners Charm Of Finches held their album launch at the Brunswick Ballroom on 26 November.

The duo has also released a new video clip – “As A Child” one of the songs off their new record Wonderful Oblivion.

Charm of Finches – New Album and UK Tour

Our 2021 AFMAs Youth Award-winning duo Charm of Finches have released their new album Wonderful Oblivion which you can access on BANDCAMP. 

The album launch will be at the refurbished Brunswick Ballroom in Melbourne on 26 November (TICKETS HERE) and recently announced UK tour dates (April/May 2022) can be found HERE.

Charm of Finches – New Album

Melbourne sister act Charm of Finches (Mabel and Ivy Windred-Wornes) will be launching their third album Wonderful

Oblivion, released by New York City-based label AntiFragile Music on October 22.

Charm of Finches are a former FAA Youth Artist Of The Year winner and a nominee for the Australian Folk Music Awards

2021, recipients announced 14 October.

Charm of Finches – New Video

Charm of Finches

Folk Alliance Australia Youth Award winners Charm of Finches have a new song out, called “Concentrate On Breathing”, along with a noir-ish music video.

The clip was shot in the Melbourne suburbs of Essendon and Abbotsford just a couple of weeks ago with the help of a team including Robert Redfern, Samuel Vella, Astrid MacFarlane and starring Finn McBurney, along with the Charm duo themselves. The result is turning a song about meditation into a heist flick.

FAA Youth Award winners Charm of Finches have a new video out.  The song is “Gravity” and is the next single from their upcoming full-length album to be released later this year.
