Australian Folk Music Awards Nominations Still Open

Folk Alliance Australia is presenting the new AFMAs Australian Folk Music Awards. Nominations are now open for eight Folk Music awards.

The aim of the AFMAs is to celebrate our achievements, recognise the talents of the diverse folk music sector and profile the folk music scene as a professional and unique community-based part of Australian culture and music.

Nominations close Midnight 31 July 2021. 

The Awards will be presented at an Awards Night on 14th October 2021 in Adelaide as a lead-in gala event to the Fleurieu Folk Festival.
