Master Policy Information
The FAA Master Policy is restricted to the following performance and event types as is outlined on the attached Policy Schedule:-
For the purpose of this policy, Folk Music is defined as music that is culturally specific and primarily acoustic in nature.
Folk Music is not considered to be any of the following: Heavy Metal, Hard Rock, Punk, Hardcore, Hip-Hop, and music deemed to be within similar content.
Folk Dance is not considered to be any of the following: Break Dance, Fire Twirling, Moshing, Log Throwing, Crowd Surfing, Acrobatics and dance deemed to be within a similar context.
This policy extends to cover Folk Music Festivals/Concerts that involve no less than 85% of Folk Music, as defined herein.

This policy automatically indemnifies Property Owners from which The Insured has leased premises or land or upon whose premises The Insured temporarily occupies for the purpose of their business, in respect of any loss or damage resulting in a claim for compensation brought by any person against the Property Owner arising directly from the negligence of The Insured. Provided that this policy does not extend to indemnify the Property Owner where the liability to pay such compensation results from the negligence of the Property Owner or its servants, agents or contractors. This indemnity is granted subject always to the terms and conditions of the policy wording.
