To cover the Insured’s legal liability to pay compensation to third parties for personal injury and / or property damage caused by an occurrence in connection with the Insured’s activities/business.

Equipment Insurance Form (whilst in transit and outside Insured’s office/warehouse) To cover owned and borrowed/hired equipment used at events and whilst in transit. Accidental physical loss or damage to the property insured (worldwide). Including Emergency Hire Costs - Costs of hiring replacement equipment limited to 20% of the sum insured of the lost or damaged item(s). FAA referred musician/performer members will receive a 30% no claim bonus if no claims in past 3 years. For all other referred members, a 20% discount on Aon's broker service charge will apply instead. Voluntary Workers Personal Accident Insurance Form.
To cover any volunteers for death and/or capital benefits, lost wages that are a result of injury sustained whilst working on behalf of the Insured. Workers Compensation does not cover unpaid workers.
Current rates negotiated are already discounted and exclusive to FAA referred members.
50 Voluntary Workers or less: $350.00
100 Voluntary Workers or less: $575.00
150 Voluntary Workers or less: $675.00
More than 150, please refer to Aon for pricing.

Event Cancellation Insurance Form
To cover the budget and/or gross revenue associated with staging a specific event in the circumstance where the event has to be cancelled or postponed due to a mitigating factor that is outside the control of the event organiser. For events staged outdoors, these mitigating factors could be adverse weather, bushfires etc. For events staged indoors, threat of terrorism, power outage, the building evacuated due to fire, could all be possible factors that cause cancellation and/or postponement.

Festival Money Cover
To cover theft/burglary of money whilst at festival sites. Minimum Sums Insured of $250,000 apply. Given the nature of this insurance discounts can not be applied. Contact FAA and we will approach Aon on your behalf in any case.
