Membership & Forms: All Membership Forms and Insured Cover Application Forms can be found on this page which will allow anyone to complete a "paper-copy" for those who cannot use the "On Line" credit card only system. This page also provides details on what is meant by "FAA Membership" and as an FAA Member how to upgrade to Public Liability Insurance using our "Insured Cover" .
Membership on Line: this is the direct on line ordering system where Membership and/or Insured Cover using Mastercard or Visa. The is a very efficient way to acquire the what is required. The order for Insured Cover is usually processed in the same day which means a very quick turn around on your application.
Other Insurances: there is a more complete range of insurances available to our members at very reasonable discounting in place. Instrument Insurance, Voluntary Workers Coverage, Event Cancellation, Public Liability not covered under the FAA Master Policy. Also contains Wording Documents and explanation. These are available at solid discounts to FAA Members ONLY.
Master Policy Info & Wording: a complete listing about our Master Policy and how it operates and what it covers. You should make this required reading before joining as an Insured Member. There is also FAQ sections for performers and Clubs/Festivals.
Note: starting this year we will also be maintaining a Data Base of Certificates of Currency which will be made available "on call" by member request only.
