Description
The Gulgong Folk Festival started in 1985 and has been running minus a year or two for over 25 years making it one of the most established and revered music festiivals in Australia. Its unique situation in the historic Gold Mining and Henry Lawson town of Gulgong in the Central West of NSW makes it even more pertinent and it has been a magnet for the cream of Australias Folklorists and musicians for decades.
This year there are up to 100 artists involved with the festival....
